딥테크 스타트업 기업을 위한 공간 스타일을 위해 경량 구조 시스템의 구조미를 자연스럽게 드러내어 미래 지향적인 공간 분위기을 연출했습니다. 낮은 천정고의 한계를 극복하기 위해 오픈된 중정공간에 들어난 2개층의 슬라브를 하나의 박스 볼륨으로 가리면서 공간 전체가 여러개의 박스로 부유하는 듯한 STATION NEO 의 가장 주목되는 공간 분위기 연출이 가능해졌습니다.
STATION NEO is a leading co-working office space incubating deep tech startups in South Korea. In order to increase the frequency of direct and indirect contact among members, a courtyard was located on all three floors, including the rooftop, to ensure two or more shared meeting spaces for each individual offices. The structurally exposed design and the provision of large windows gave tenants a choice of space closeness and openness. This was designed to increase the cognitive area and allow natural light to enter all spaces.
