II Combined는 자사의 브랜딩 이념으로 '세상을 놀라게 하라'를 고수하며, 혁신적인 아이웨어를 위해 도전정신을 선보이는 기업입니다. 젠틀몬스터에서 시작해 독자적인 길을 찾기 위해 브랜딩 본부와 랩 등 다양한 디자인 직군을 조직화하고 있는 창조적인 집단입니다. 프로젝트 비딩을 통해 일치하는 열정을 가진 팀원들을 모아두는 시스템을 운영하며, 독특한 기업문화를 형성하고 있습니다. 특징적인 것은 뚜렷한 팀 조직 없이 다양한 직군이 존재하면서도 경쟁력을 강화하고 있다는 점입니다. 이러한 독특한 문화는 곧 II Combined의 정체성이자 '창조적 움직임'이 되어, 그들의 창의적인 역량을 경험할 수 있는 신사옥을 설계하였습니다.
II Combined adheres to its branding philosophy of 'Amaze the World,' showcasing a spirit of innovation for groundbreaking eyewear. Starting with Gentle Monster, it has organized various design disciplines within the branding headquarters and lab to carve out its unique path. Operating a system that gathers team members with a shared passion through project bidding, the company has formed a distinctive corporate culture. Notably, it strengthens its competitiveness without a distinct team structure, allowing diverse disciplines to coexist.
